Pregnancy is one of the most amazing journeys a woman can have an opportunity to connect with her baby and nurture herself while preparing for birth and the changes ahead. Tara has taught pregnancy and postnatal yoga for over 20 years and trains teachers in both, alongside Clare Daniell, a 500-hour registered teacher and life coach who specialises
in anatomy and physiology.
This training is for yoga teachers, birth educators, and Pilates or fitness instructors who want to understand pregnancy and postnatal recovery in depth. You’ll leave with the tools to teach your own dedicated classes and support women through pregnancy, birth and beyond using an approach that treats women as strong and capable, building strength rather than simply slowing down.
Tara and Clare have run these trainings for many years, and know teachers feel far more confident once they understand what’s happening in the body and mind during this lifechanging time. Tara and Clare both teach across the full training, with guest lectures from a midwife and a women’s health physiotherapist plus a wealth of resources to support your teaching beyond the training itself. You’ll finish able to teach individual and group classes, with a clear sense of what to include, what to avoid, and the confidence to teach from a place of understanding and inspiration, trusting your own intuition.
