What our Students Say
I feel very confident about going out and teaching a pregnancy yoga class now.
This course exceeded my expectations.
I enjoyed the practical classes each day and the teaching practice and relaxation each day. The pregnancy theory, guest speakers and elements of yoga philosophy were also really interesting. I came away wanting to read and learn so much more! It was great to be around a range of people with different backgrounds and skills to share as well. So I liked all of it really!
The best things about this course were the knowledgeable down-to-earth teachers & their feminine & supportive approach, a small group set up in a lovely intimate environment, a great amount of practical tips & advice, talks of real professionals (female physiotherapist & midwife) sharing their experience & real stories & of course I loved practicing pregnancy yoga.
The wealth of knowledge that was shared during these lovely 4 days has been invaluable! The Vitality Training by Tara Lee and Claire Daniell brought on a new level of confidence, teaching me the essentials to teach pregnancy yoga to help the woman’s body relax and release tensions, as well as helping to create a deeper connection for mother and baby. I learned everything from pelvic awareness, toning of birthing muscles, active birthing positions, and more. Guest speakers like midwives and physiotherapists were also a great addition to the overall training. LOVED the experience, information and both of you. Thank you.
I loved the approachable way the whole topic was taught, the excellent balance between yoga theory, anatomy and teaching and the openness of Tara and Clare to questions and comments throughout the course.
The atmosphere was warm and encouraging, not just from Tara and Claire but from all of the other trainees, everyone was very supportive and passionate about the course and the subject matter.
The content was really fascinating and detailed. I feel the manual was great in the training but also feel confident going forward it will be a great reference to keep looking back to. The pace and structure of the course was perfect and I felt the practical moving around balanced the sitting well.
I really valued the passion & enthusiasm with which the course was taught and the absolute expertise of the trainers. It offered a well balanced curriculum of theory, practice, experience, yogic philosophy, medical knowledge and the female perspective / mothering principle.
Pregnancy Yoga TT with Tara and Claire was a beautiful experience. They created a fabulous space for us all to learn, ask questions and also have some time to nourish ourselves while we practiced new skills. The knowledge and passion shared by Claire and Tara as well the guest spreakers was excellent and inspired me to want to study and learn more. I would highly recommend this training to anyone interested in supporting women through pregnancy.

Hi ladies, it was a fantastic course, it must have been a lot of work to put it all together, so it came out this amazing. All areas of my interest were covered and much more. I am also delighted with the manual, which will help me at times, when I will need a reminder of facts and ideas. I also loved the small course group, so we all had your full attention, questions answered and just felt friendly and cozy. Thank you 🙂

The course was a really amazing experience. The amount of knowledge and expertise gained in just four days is truly remarkable. Both Tara and Claire have such passion for teaching pregnant women and passing their knowledge on to others. Any gap in knowledge that they might have had was filled by one of the amazing experts brought in over the four days. There is a very practical element to the training as well. I have left feeling very confident about being able to safely teach pregnant women and become a vital part of their journey to motherhood.

What a magical and thorough past few days it has been. The wealth of knowlege and confidence I have gained through Tara and Clare’s teaching and the course structure plus the rare opportunity of being able to sit in a circle for four days with an array of insightful yoginis was truely fantastic. To be able to now teach and hold space for mummies to be and new mummies is a gift which I am very excited to go forward and share. Thank you so much Tara and Clare,
